DIY Easter Egg Suckers

Happy Monday!
I'm starting the week off right with an Easter DIY that's so simple, you absolutely have time to make these before next Sunday! I came up with this project when I was driving to work the other day and the Jonas Brother's new song Sucker came on "I'm a sucker for you...."
I decided I needed to make Easter egg suckers right then and there and I couldn't be happier with how these turned out! These would make a super cute hostess gift if you put these in a little bunch with candy in each egg!

Step One: Spray paint your wooden dowels white. I sprayed four coats on one side before letting them dry for an hour, flipping them over, and repeating the process. Let dry for at least an hour.

Step Two: Open up your plastic eggs and line them up so the bottom of the eggs are next to one another. Drop a dot of hot glue onto the center of the bottom of an egg and stick the wooden dowel in the glue. Do these one at a time and hold the dowel for a few seconds to secure in the glue.

Step Three: Let your Easter egg suckers dry for 5 minutes before adding candy and or placing upright in a vase!

Do you like this DIY?! I had such a fun time making this one! :)

XOXO, Karly
