DIY Colorful Golf Balls & Tees

Hello Golfers!!
I'll be honest, when I played competitive golf tournaments, I only played one type of white golf ball with red markings; call me superstitious. Now that I play for fun, I like to be a little more creative  :)
Even though they sell colored golf balls, I decided to try and make my own! Luckily I had some leftover Easter egg dye from my trip to Target (90% off post-Easter sale)!!!
I also colored some golf tees [see below].
P.S. I was not able to use dye to color golf tees so I had to find another method!

Supplies (Golf Balls):
Golf Balls
Easter Egg Dye - Read instructions on box - you may need vinegar
Cup/Bucket
Room Temperature Water

Step One: Purchase your supplies and choose which color dye to use. I was able to dye two golf balls with each color tablet. Turn the ball over after your desired color is reached. The longer you leave the ball in the water, the darker the color will be.

Step Two: Take the golf balls out of the water and leave out to dry overnight.
That's it!! This was so easy to do and now I have hot pink golf balls to play with! :)

As I mentioned above, I also colored golf tees!

Supplies (Golf Tees):
White Golf Tees
Nail Polish
Scissors
Clear Tape

Step One: Purchase your supplies and decide what type of pattern you want on your golf tees - stripes, color block, etc. Cut off a piece of tape and wrap around each golf tee. You may need to cut each piece in half if your color starts near the top of the tee.

Step Two: Using your nail polish brush, paint your tees between the tape lines. Let dry for 1 hour. Peel off tape and your tees will be ready to use on the golf course! :)

Molly enjoyed knocking my golf balls off the tees during the photo shoot! :D

I hope you had fun creating some colorful golf balls & tees!

Post your pictures and use the hashtag #KPApreps !!
